I have a new DS808, software up to date.  On a 2015 Expedition, I am able to get "limited security access", but I have yet found anything that this gets me.  On a 2014 Escape, I get a failure when I try to get into the PATS system.  Batteries in both cars are in good shape.  I have tried this with the parking brake on and off.  I need to remove lost keys in both and program one key.  Any help or suggestions appreciated.
